Study "Called" - Isaiah Pt3
Isaiah –
58:13 – The Sabbath is to be a delight. Turn from your own ways and seek the Lord, to honor Him.
59:4 – Signs of separation from God. None are calling for justice or truth. They trust vanity and speak lies. Creating mischief and iniquity.
60:14 – The children of transgressors, will acknowledge the identity of the church of God. The Bride. The New Jerusalem.
60:18 – God will exchange lesser for greater. Violence, wasting and destruction will be gone. His people will be protected by Salvation and Praise.
61:3 – The Lord will exchange pain for healing and joy and praise. That His own would be trees of righteousness, that He would be glorified.
61:6 – The afflicted will be elevated to serve our God. He will provide more than asked.
62:2 – The Lord gives a new identity, that all will acknowledge and use.
62:4 – God will change the identity of Zion from Forsaken and Desolate to Hephzibah, which means, “my delight is in her” and Beulah, which means, to be married.
62:12 – Because of God, the identities of His people will be changed. They will be called holy and sought out. Not forsaken.
63:19 – Those that belongs to the Lord are His. There is a distinction between His own and those that are not His.
64:7 – We of our own accord, do not call upon the name of the Lord. He hides His face and consumes the wicked.
65:1 – God calls to those that have not called to Him. He calls a nation, not known by His name.
65:12 – Those that do not heed the call of the Lord, shall be slain.
65:15 – God will slay those that deny Him. He will call out His own, by another name.
65:24 – God hears His own before they call to Him.
66:4 – God will answer the wishes of those that ignored His call. He will give them what they desire.
