Luke –

4:26 – Jesus Is talking to His own people and brings up the point that there were many destitute widows in Israel in the time of Elijah, but Elijah was sent to a Gentile woman.

7:37 – A woman, a sinner, brought ointment and washed Jesus’ feet with her tears and her hair.

7:39 – The Pharisee is critical in his heart about the woman and Jesus’ acceptance of her actions.

7:44 – Jesus is talking about her treatment of Him in relation to the Pharisee’s. Simon gave Him no water to wash His feet upon entry into the house, but this woman is washing His feet with her hair.

7:45 – Simon gave no kiss, but the woman is continually kissing His feet.

7:46 – Simon did not anoint His head with oil, but the woman has anointed His feet with ointment.

7:50 – Jesus declares to the woman that her faith has saved her and to go in peace.

8:43 – The woman with the issue of blood. She had faith that He was the Messiah, and was healed.

8:47 – She reveals herself. Openly stating her health issue and that she had been healed. Jesus declares her faith has made her whole.

10:38 – Refers to Jesus introduction to Martha and Mary.

11:27 – A woman blesses Mary and Jesus corrects her. “Blessed are they that hear the Word of God, and keep it.”

13:11 – A woman’s back was permanently bent. And she had been stuck that way for eighteen years.

13:12 – Jesus calls her to Him and heals her. He tells her she is free from the infirmity.

13:16 – A religious leader gets mad at Jesus for healing the woman on a Sabbath. Jesus states that an Israelite woman with such an infirmity should be healed regardless of the day.

13:21 – A woman hiding leaven in three measures of meal.

15:8 – A woman that loses something valuable, seeks it diligently and finds it will rejoice! So shall the kingdom of Heaven over one repentant sinner.

20:32 – The question of the woman married to seven brothers. There is no marriage between the saints in Heaven as they do not die.

22:57 – Peter’s denial of Jesus.
